The process then moves into Budget Alignment and Vision Framing. The client’s intended investment is established early, allowing the creative direction to develop within a clearly defined framework. With the foundation established, Concept Design and Visualisation brings the design direction to life. Detailed layouts and zoning are developed alongside moodboards and renderings. Once the concept is approved, the project progresses into Material and Finish Selection, where the design becomes more tangible. The approved selections then inform the Master BOM, Procurement Input and Value Engineering stage. The Master BOM is finalised and reviewed with the client, while value engineering helps achieve the right balance between design intent, quality and investment.

The next step is Technical Documentation, where the approved design is translated into precise information for execution. GFC drawings are developed around the final materials, supported by MEP, electrical, plumbing and joinery schematics. Detailed documentation allows vendors and execution teams to work with greater accuracy and ensures that the design intent is carried forward to site.

During Site Coordination and AI-Powered Progress Reports, the focus shifts from documentation to execution and ongoing control. Design-team site visits help maintain quality and alignment, while bi-weekly Planned vs Actual progress reports, powered by Wrike and OpenAI GPT-4.5, provide structured visibility into the project’s progress. The studio’s AI-integrated workflow also keeps milestones, decisions, changes and timelines documented for greater clarity and accountability.

The final stage is the Final Walkthrough and Legacy Kit. At completion, snag lists are addressed and quality is validated before handover. The client also receives complete design documentation and finish schedules through the Legacy Kit, creating a record that can be retained for future reference.
