A SEA-FACING DUPLEX IN WORLI
Spanning the 33rd and 34th floors of RNA Mirage, this 10,000 sq. ft. residence brings together marble, bronze and Hermès orange. With 384 bookmatched stone slabs and 14,000 sq. ft. of custom panelling, the design balances material richness with restraint.

BUILT FOR EVENINGS THAT GO LONG
The principal living room unfolds toward the water beneath a hand-set mosaic mural of palm and banana leaf, with Vittoria Frigerio sofas and low Gallotti&Radice tables creating a relaxed, conversational setting.
